Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all seals remain intact, as opened food-grade products cannot be accepted for safety reasons.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or send the package via a tracked courier service to our quality control facility for inspection.

• 4.
  Quality Review and Refund

  Once our lab team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
